Apply for Temporary Housing

Applying for temporary housing at The Ballard House requires TWO STEPS.

STEP ONE: Submit the application below.

STEP TWO: We must receive a referral submitted by a Houston-area hospital or medical facility, physician, social worker, or community service or outreach organization. We make every effort to accommodate your needs, but please note our housing is provided based on availability in our facility. An application is not considered complete until BOTH steps above have been completed. We will notify you when your application has been approved and we have confirmed housing is available to suit your needs. The Housing Referral Form is linked at the red button below.
